Re:Ex refuses to communicate

I have a similar problem, she has blocked me from email, won't communicate via text, insists on phone calls. These are useless as they end up in arguements and nothing gets sorted out at all, so what are you supposed to do? Email seems the logical one for me on all non emergency issues.


I am currently outlining a document which I will ask her to attend mediation with. If not I need to go to court. She refuses to tell me anything unless I call her, which ends in a row, so how can I find out anything about my son??

My son's ex. refuses to communicate with him either by e-mail or text. All e-mails etc come through me. I do it only because I am the only channel of communication regarding the children.

He has just had his first mediation and has indicated that he would like the channels of communication between him and his ex. to be open for the sake of the children.


It is now up to his ex. as to whether she is willing to agree to this.
