Breach of court order (again).

Last time in court (mid December) it was agreed that my lovely ex would honour the following:- three phonecalls per week and alternate Sat/Suns 3 hr contact between me and little one.

So far, ex has broken the order in terms of only two phonecalls each week and out of three physical contacts (seriously)late on two of them.

My question is; do these constitute a breach of order or could they be construed as not enough in quantity/frequency to be counted?

If they do, do I ask to go back to court before the next scheduled hearing in April (PIP's + is next on the menu)?

Yes, those constitute breaches. You may be best to give things just a little longer to see if she persists in these low level breaches.
