My ex and i seperated in Dec 10, Nisi was heard on 30/11/11.
I am
currently living in a room at my parents as i am paying 50% of mortgage and
CSA (£1200 pcm) leaving me with approx £600 left
We have three
children together (all aged under 11)
Throughout the seperation seeing
my kids has been a battle and arrangements either cancelled or changed, by
my Ex, followed by accusations that i am not doing my bit.
The Ex and
her mother are basically bringing up the kids and from comments made by the
children are poisioning them against me.
I am a shift worker and in a
10 day period have offered to have the children on my three days off along
with having them after
school after my two day shifts.
The
three days off have been agreed but not the day shift offer.
There
just seems to be no reasonableness or comprimise from her and i am OK to
see my kids when it suits the Ex (when she wants to go out or work late
etc)
Christmas is almost upon us and i have discussed me and my family
seeing the children on Christmas day to which i was met with a firm
"NO".
This has obviously upset me being denied access to my kids at
such a magical day for them but also upset my family, especially my mum-
the kids grandmother.
is there anything i can do to about the access
and seeing them at christmas???
Please HELP!
