whtas more important to court?

18 yr marraige I left my family and friends for my children
3 children 17 son, 15 daughter and 12 son.
I full time housewife and mother
x2b convicted sex offender.
Cafcass hearing this tuesday.
I have got social service reports saying I am the protective parent. I even got schools saying mother always attended parent teacher and assemblies etc..they even wrote never saw dad.Children always well dressed.

Now dad has managed to bribe son 12 to say I beat him and he wants to stay with dad. X2b has always been very controlling and manipulative. Son 12 very adamant now that he wants to be with dad.
dad never taken responsibilty ever
daughter says 50-50 because she doesnt want to miss out on holidays as I cannot afford being on benefits.
what could be the possible out come can court order child to live with dad because he wants to? or would court see he may be too young to decide and mother has prooved to be a capable parent?
Dad accuses me of not cooking, cleaning etc but all these are fasle allegations
I need help I dont want to be let down by legal aid again..

where would I stand if he gets the children would I be asked to move out? this fh is my only home. I have worked very hard will I loose everything?

What a horrible situation!

The courts will look at everything including reports, what the children say etc and make a decision that they think is in the best interests of the children.

Whatever happens, your housing needs will be considered in the financial settlement.

yes its a horrible situation I havent had sleep in lots of months..I love my babies and did everything in the best of my ability for them now I am being abandoned only because I am poor because of them? I could have studied further and made something of my life.. anyways..
I love them very much and now just received a ltter in the post that x2b has also applied for court order to take kids abroad for two weeks during easter break.
He has also now instructed his sisters firm of solicitors to deal with his sisde of the case. Is this allowed???
as far I knew she only did conveyancing and wills and probate??
can I complain as it is conflict of interest?

In previous anc.rel. hearings x2b had shown himself to be in debt. He now will take kids to dubaai and splash out while I am paying most of the bills being on benefits. Can I ask for my travellling costs to be paid while he takes kids abroad? so I can meet my parents??
