Hi,
Had a hearing for SR in Dec and there were no child welfare
issues etc, Judge therfore said he would list this for a final hearing.
A month has now passed and I still haven't received anything
from the courts. When I last spoke to court staff a few weeks back, they
told me they're still waiting for a date from the judge.
Is this
normal? I have had dates asap after hearing before and nothing has ever
taken this long...Should I ask them to hurry up with a date either with the
existing judge or another?
Any views would be appreciated...
