I have received my
contact order with the
midweek re instated but there is an additional few paragraphs that i would
hope that someone can explain in plain english for me.......
Where
a- there are no proceedings pending under Part 2 Childrens Act
1989
b- an officer of the service who remains involved with the case
is given cause to suspect, whilst this order is in place, that the child
concerned is at risk or harm and
c- as a result that officer makes a
risk assessment under section 16A of that Act, the officer may apply to the
courts for it to revive the previous proceedings and to consider that risk
assessment and give such
directions as the court thinks necessary.
When I was being interviewed by
CAFCASS,I told them about the ex biting my daughter
(and other welfare issues), SS got involved and daughter was interviewed
and said that "mummy didnt do it" although SS report states in their report
that they believe that daughter was prepared by mother
Would I
be right in thinking that this is in relation to this??
