Hi Arnie

Is there not a meltdown in society and law in general, in all aspects of law?
If, for instance, a man beats a woman etc and keeps her prisoner for three days and nights in my area, all the man has to say when she calls the police for help is 'she assaulted me' and the police arrest her because she is an easier target. Keeps their crime statistics looking better.
And they know she will be to frightened to testify against him in the future. Case dropped due to lack of evidence!
I am seeing a solicitor to make a complaint against my local police force. In others areas not local to where I live the police have been so helpful and I could not wish to be treated any better but the police local to me have a certain reputation, which I have found to be very true.

I am off to France for a much needed break soon. Is SO civilised out there. Feel like I am on a different planet.

I love being on this site. Is comforting and civilised. Just that my real life seems to be like something out of a horror movie!

I have let things lie for sometime now as i didnt wont to be part of Captian Pugwashes new media campaign, of which i had become inadvertently one of the main portals for that information flow.

I felt that jailing Jolly Stanesby was more than excessive,a community service order would have been a damm sight more sensible and productive on all levels, and the really guilty parties, those that incite the behaviour for their own personal political gain got off scott free, as usual....... on both sides of the political argument!

In support of Jolly I have given him a new email address
This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and I am offering him free blogging support on this domain for 12 months.
The domain is open source and has NO agenda other than continuous improvement in child custody and divorce.
Anybody who wishes an e mail from that domain it will cost you £1 a year, blogging profile similar to wiki(very similar,very Joomla)could be arranged.

For the £1 a year e mail, the web e mail client is sublime, not as good as googlemail, but still lush.

I claim fair usage of this domain because I am father and i want justice and I haven't found any yet.

Yes NRP, you are entirely correct, i have just checked it and the Video has been pulled. The channel http://www.youtube.com/user/rickyjc I think is the main F4J youtube channel, and i get the feeling that Nadine is administering it, but that is only Arnies instinct with no basis in fact. I have ripped the original and somewhere in 200 gigs of video repository I have it.

I suspect that the Captain is not happy with the associations with the Tories or visa versa.
Again only in my view, the channel is a bit of a buggers muddle and brings a new meaning and usage of youtube keywords....inventing new words that nobody will search??......I am sure there is a logic somewhere, but i havent grasped it yet..

Not very well. The solicitor I went to see was not very helpful and I simply gave up. There was a time limit which passed with regards to certain issues by that time so not alot of point. Seems like making a complaint against the police is very difficult.

I have written many letters to the local police and made alot of complaints by phone which I do feel have helped.

They turnrd up immediately the last time my ex staked out my home. As opposed to the 7 hours it took them whem I first called many months ago when I was in a desparate situation. Also,they charged him this time , as opposed to not charging him before. Even though he had smashed up my home and much worse.

He is where he belongs in custody now. Finally. So that is something. Even so, there was a big row that went on between various members of the police at the front desk a couple of hours after he was arrested the last time. Some of them STILL wanted to let him out without charge.

His trial is in March. Will keep you posted. Am flattered you remembered my tale.
