If the judiciary did their job of protecting the public from abuses by the state and obeyed the written statute law this wouldnt be going on and a number of so-called professionals whether social workers, cafcass, nyas, experts etc would be in jail including a few lying parents.
Then maybe the F4J and RFFJ M4J would not have to go to these extreme measures of protesting about courts!!!!!

The damage or threat to security is not coming from the pressure groups ,it has already happened in so much as the collateral damage has been done to families once they step inside the closed courts.
The real culprit are the boys in curls who then go to visit children in care homes at night-time whilst their parents are put in prison for daring to speak out about their cases.
The REAL FATHERS & MOTHERS are more than willing to go to prison for fighting for their rights, this is political now. It will continue to be political whilst children are kept political prisoners for 1 hour a month on a supervised visit to see their parent Children's Prison otherwise know as a contact centre. What has this got to do with IT ?

It has a LOT to do with it ,as children are being degraded and let down badly by the same system that is purporting to look-after them .
It,the state is allowed to abuse Children The State abuses Children , whilst courts sit in secret and hold kangeroo trials accusing parents of abuse which has not happened , but which may happen in the future LOL!!!!!

SO there for STATE MUST PROTECT THE CHILDREN !!!!

EVERY 1 from the Child's Legal Guardian earns mega bucks from the freak show.
The LG and the Child Psychiatrist have all been or at least visited the Contact Centre even done their assessments in there.
They never once said to the child, are you alright? have you got something to play with. I spent thousands on toys to bring with me some poor parents have gone bankrupt and can not manage to spend any money.
More Important the money given to private CC's is not spent inside on age appropriate toys. Instead flash cars are parked outside belonging to all the above mention para legals.
These children have to face a SW in a stark empty room note taking ever word they say.
They then have to listen to other Children screaming to be allowed to return home , instead of back to foster care.
OFSTED are not interested,they do not inspect these private CC's.

The MP's who get £££££ for furnishing say nothing about these dumps that children are sent to .
I put it to you, the solicitors who make a grand profit do not give to such a worthy cause as this .
The children's Charities say take us off your e-mail list when we say here look at this.

Were do these Children end UP ?


Who is their advocate ?


Who stops the abuse of These Children ?


The Mothers & Fathers Rights Groups Protesting and trying to expose that is who.

Yes there maybe a bad element amongst these groups ,and a lot of people making money, also writing books and building careers out of this.

Please be mindful of what we do for others.
We have gone before were others are about to end up,note we have also been at this for years now.
The children sadly are lost in all of this and they have no future and they have no HOPE.
So 1 day you soon may realize your alliance is with the minority groups or pressure groups which are united in one thing now open the closed courts .

This is not a fathers issue it is a Mothers issue as well as a Fathers there is NO contact.

No I do not climb on statues instead I go up to the House of Commons to debate for change,in the same room are the pressure groups who stand up for the lonely mothers who are left in empty houses whilst their children have been stolen by the state or abusive EX -Partners.
The pressure groups are there simply to lend a friendly ear to listen to you whilst no-one else cares to listen to you in your hour of need,you are not asked to take part in climbing up buildings or anything else in return.
WHY ?
Simply because they know you have been stitched UP in the CLOSED COURTS.

Tell the truth in court is useless it only works out if we ALL tell the truth !

stillalive ,i have just posted a comment to show how much I care to get involved in telling the politicians to improve matters for the children .I would welcome comments or feedback about the points that I raise on behalf of children who have been abandoned by their solicitors & LG's in dumps called CC's.

Let us focus on the issue now contact and justice for all ,open the closed courts.

We got through the miners strike with Arthur Scargill and he was not so popular at the time of the protests .

Please get up to speed now as when this blows you do not want to be in the firing line for slating F4J regardless of the tactics these groups are snow white when it comes down to it they have harmed nobody.

Were as the Courts and names written up in the judgement's will go down for war crimes against Families . These Judges & solicitors are the worst form of human life.

These Families are 100% behind these minority groups now so are the researchers also other Expert witness's who are doing case studies of families to discredit these professionals on medical negligence versus the witch hunt off MSBP .
I should know we have a high profile case which was barbaric in so much as they took so much risk with the child's life . They will continue to take the risk whilst the courts stay closed.

The secret courts are without doubt unjustifiable, totally unscientific and have no place in a democratic society, that isn’t disputed. However two wrongs don’t make a right. The majority of middle England would have misgivings or be totally opposed to the secret courts if they understood the issues, however they are equally opposed to dare devil tactics and what is “justifiable cause” being hijacked for a wider political agenda or personal political ambition.

Until a consensus of the middle ground is reached, no change will occur, as the divide and rule doctrine remains supreme.
I for one, can sign up to the MFJ agenda because their tactics are to essentially use their intelligence and the process and they don’t get involved in DANGEROUS dare devil tactics, but as father, or rather as a parent, there is no way I can be supportive of FFJ tactics.

Emily Davison died for women’s rights, but it wasn’t until the wider general public demanded change that women’s rights were enshrined in law, and the campaign tactics by that point were acceptable to the majority.
The point has been made by FFJ, and they need to understand that no government will be persuaded by bully boy tactics as this would open the flood gates and would lead to anarchy or revolution.

What do you say about Julia Brophy leading researcher et al says more time is needed to fight the emotional harm allegation in court. In Public law the findings of facts are found on the lower probability as you well know.
I have only just found this post 1 week and 3 days ago . I suppose now it is too late to answer?
The judge also said a similar thing in court after I had found evidence after reading 600 pages of evidnence that was not disclosed it was a letter from DR B saying after hearing the decision of the courts now he had second thoughts it was not his intention for this to happen. Someone apologized to me from the hospital later and said this was not what was suppose to happen.
The doctor who originally kicked this all off took out an EPO then said he did not agree with cutting me out of the child's life , I write THE CHILD NOW as he is not my child he is someone else's child. IF the barrister had of put this in the submissions the outcome would have been so much different for C now.
I note significant harm ,and being told to concede to something that you had no knowledge of doing so by my barrister with pneumonia ,no sleep for days on end after arriving back of holiday with finding out your child has leukaemia is not I know now to late significant emotional harm . I can cross reference the evidence if necessary.
I found advise from UNITY INTERNATIONAL NEVER ADMIT TO SOMETHING IF YOU DID NOT DO IT!
The barristers can not be bothered to fight your case.
Thanks to these doctor my son has had to take more risks also will be a likely candidate for needing a solicitor were he has been sent to live with the criminal element of white trash in society now.

I have to say the other posts have been deleted why they were not abusive to anyone I realize that the questions some people may find difficult .
