Fathers for justice

Can you prehaps put forward your suggestions on how to change the curent situation, so that fathers who wish to see thier children can do so?

I agree, that stunts like the ones you have mentioned are not always helpful, but desperate people take desperate measures......

Why not tell us as much of your situation as you feel comfortable doing so? there are a lot of fathers (and mothers) who are prevented from seeing thier children, they maybe able to offer you help and support.

Action speake louder than words.

For a few years we have live in a diverse community where every one has become equal in all aspects of work, religion and race, Except one. Fathers rights. The courts judges etc etc a majority of the time side with the mother, Who in fact probably works and put child into nursery instesad of allowing father too have access. So I support ffj myself as these fathers onviously feel very stongly and are frustrated with the system, The system which sitting back and waiting will not change in a hurry.

All they are asking for is equal rights!

Agreed. Contact with both parents is of course best.

One tiny word of caution as peeps embark on this discussion.

Wikivorce is a community of thousands, and within that community will exist:

- NRPs (non-resident parents, often dads) who are being wrongly denied sufficient contact by their ex's.

- PWCs (parents with care, often mums) who are rightly trying to prevent contact with ex's where that contact would be damaging.

There is no black and white in this area.

Shared residency is to be encouraged. And where that isnt possible then suitable contact arrangements should be establised.

In a very small number of cases where the contact could put the children at risk then the contact is not in the best interests of the kids.
