I echo poppy's thanks for the link and although I haven't read the Act I must say that I am more than concerned by the new offence of

'trespassing on any premises with intent to commit a sexual offence'

How can one prove or, more to the point in today's increasingly regulated society, disprove 'intent'?

Should a man's hat be blown by the wind into someone's garden, as soon as they hop over the hedge to retrieve it they are trespassing, fair enough - but if there's a woman there sunbathing what would they be looking at, 3 years?

The fantasy is that the problems in divorce and the family courts are somehow a gender issue, it is not the case and Mr O'Connors latest self serving campaign is doing more harm than good as has his entire campaign.
The video is embarrassing to all self respecting men and not in my opinion representative of the views of the majority of non resident parents, certainly not mine and i want change as bad as he claims without wanting any of the glory.

We all know he wont manage a hunger strike like Bobby Sands, I think he should have titled it "weight watchers live at the home of Dave Cameron" Any other suggestions??????
