Elie statistics yes, but I believe the situation is worse generally in the
UK and in the family courts they are most likely as dysfunctional as
previously, if not worse. The CORE of the problem is the legal class
corrupted with arrogance and vanity. Regulated by a node and wink by their
own. Baroness Scotland, is the highest law officer in the land and she is
under investigation for breaking employment laws and for not taking a copy
of Ms Tapui’s documents when she employed her – a breach of legislation
that she had introduced. The Bar Standards Board, the barristers’
watchdog, will launch a formal inquiry after receiving complaints that she
has brought the profession into disrepute.
Cant wait for the verdict
on that one but it is distorted by glare of the national media, my guess is
that nine times out of ten the legal profession look after their own, the
mere fact you cant effectively complain about the other parties solicitor
is not exactly fair and balanced.
Do you know every car owner in
this country pays a higher insurance premium because SOLICITORS pay
canvassers to solicit no win no fee accident claims, which are largely
fraudulent claims, but the oh so ethically high minded people who are doing
a difficult job in difficult circumstances feel obliged to make the money
go round. Do you know copyright protectors are employing legal firms to
scatter the population with copyright infringement notices and basically
intimidating people into paying without any due process or right of appeal.
They are even advocating disconnecting Internet connections without any due
process.
Do you know that John Bolch still salivates at the latest
Lady Blah Blah in divorce proceedings, yet for us mere motels, you cant
find a helping hand for dust as they wiz off to McCartney versus McCartney
or shoesmiths defence. He writes this nonsense because that is the content
that his community want, the big financial return, the big fish, where
precedents are set and we the proll, get the trickle down of this perverse
justice. Al Fayed gets a bloody public inquiry on the basis of a fairy
tail, but because he is rich, the ethically high minded legal class
indulged his fantasy with glee and vigour, but the single mum in the
council house gets scapegoated as an extravagance we cant afford, this is
the crap we call British Justice.
I was struck by the legal
class in Pakistan, who were recently fighting with their LIVES for
democracy, where do you think your british solicitor would be if their
lives were on the line, supporting the dictatorship is my guess and winging
about difficult situations and difficult circumstances and my hourly rate
is £500 per hour by the way
Solicitors need regulating and not
by their own and politicians need to get real, because before too long, if
some of these issues of inequality are not addressed, the proll could
easily rise up with the stocks and the gallows and restore Justice and
power back to the people. What we have at the moment is not fair and
balanced, it is ALL about money with not one shred of concern about the
damage they doing to countless families and homes up and down the country,
and they wonder why we have a broken society.
In my divorce the
legal class had £65,000, I got £47,000 and unemployed, and wifey got
£200,000, you call that fair and balanced, well

benefit culture you wish to target thanks to corruption in your family

To the honest part of the legal
class: I am still waiting for some action on Mr Blah, the facts are the
facts and he LIED and misdirected a court and I can prove it and I wont
shut up until you do something about it.
