Final Hearing 3 Months, 2 Weeks ago

Help Please. I am a couple of weeks away from Final Hearing. X2b has
missed court dates to submit his Section 25 statement and his statement of
deficiences. These are already late by 4 days. My section 25 is meant to
written in response to his S25 statement, panicking that I will not have
enough time (half term et al!!). Could this result in the Final Hearing
being postponed?

Hi Maisy,
I don't understand why your sec 25 statement should be
written in response to your xtb's sec25 statement.
Your
statement stands alone. Write it but don't exchange it until you have your
xtb's on your hand. Remember to file it at court though.

Thanks Young again, his S25 needed to be in by end of Jan, mine by mid
February. My solicitor didn't seem surprised by this and said this was
easier as mine would need to be in response to his.
I am sure
the judge had his reasons for this. To be honest Im not sure why
either!!
Thanks for advice I just will get on with mine
regardless.
