I agree totally with Hadenough, about the Form, not the wine.
I
completed my
Form E in an older format, when
I'd completed it I found another version that had all the required
documentation listed in an annexe at the back, this would have been
extremely helpful if (as already suggested) was listed at the front,
indicating in advance what
might be needed.

agree very useful, I've posted a selection I used previously. Plus
something to help break down and then summarise the budgeting of current /
future needs.
Online would be helpful, if not an electronic file
that could navigate through the relevant parts, bypassing others. One
weakness I have with online forms is being able to complete in one sitting,
so some mechanism to prepare in advance and save / print in parts would
help. Have I got carried away?
I know this form could be
easier, beyond the above not quite sure how.
