i feel so sorry for you we too seem to be going through long drawn out
proceedings because my partners STBX thinks she can because she is legally
aided and seems like she is on the verge of having
FMH repossessed because she has deliberately defaulted
on the mortgage to reduce assets therefore the LSC will not be able to
recoup the statutory charge. i know there are people who genuinely need
the courts and there are those who cannot afford any legal help, there
should be a radical change to family proceedings and those who abuse the
system out of sheer bitterness should be reprimanded and the help given to
the genuine people like those here on Wiki.
