At this stage what is important is to make sure you have a child with increased and very likely extended needs rather than try and state what they will be potentially years from now.

Once your daughter is 18 she can make application for CM in her own right if still in education, the wiki lady i mentioned had the legal power to make decisions for both of her disabled children as thus was able to raise their needs on their behalf.

Eeek I think I've done page 25 wrong! I am just printing and photocopying it ready to deliver today, deadline is today and I got to page 25 and my income needs and I'd added in my monthly loan repayment and the two credit cards minimum payment and now I'm thinking that as I have listed those in my liabilities, that I shouldn't put those payments here as income needs is that right?

Will come back and check but I am re-doing and re-printing that page because I don't think I should have included those things. I am in such a panic getting this done

Hoping someone comes quickly to confirm this for me though

What happens if someone deliberately misleads the court in providing lase information on Form E. My ex-wife has presented a litany of fantasies and it seems the courts don't really care.

I hope it all went well for you.

My form E deadline is looming and I've had this mental (I'm sure it's more emotional) block to working on it so came here for some inspiration! Thanks for your questions and thanks duke for your comprehensive answers. It's just as well i had done a draft before but there are still so many gaps to be filled... will have to start this weekend...
