How do I enforce a court order -without solicitor

I have a court order from my FH which says that my ex has to assisgn an endowment policy to me within 14 days of the order. 7 months later I'm still trying to get her to get a Deed of Assignment drafted and signed as she is refusing to get solicitor to do this.

Can someone tell me what I have to do to get this enforced and also have my cost reclaimed should I have to get a solicitor to act on my behalf.

I understand I have to fill in a D11 and a sworn affidavit to request a hearing. Can someone confirm whether this is correct.

The D11 will get you a directions hearing - that means you will have some time with a judge to explain the problem, the judge can if they see fit implement the order with out your ex`s agreement.

PTN clarkie...ensure the endowment is assigned with any conditions/ties applicaple to other party's needs removed.

your story sounds like a similar one to my husbands over a bloody endowment policy!! 9 months later we still waiting for it even after his ex signed the deed to pass it to him.
The company who the policy is with said that Lloyds bank had some involvement with the policy, not to anyone's knowledge. So it's taken 3 months for Lloyds to confirm they have no involvement!!!! Talk about unnecessary frikkin hold ups! If the court has ordered that you have the policy then I strongly suggest you push for this directions hearing someone mentioned.
My husband was supposed to have the deed of assignment within 42 days of the order of the court pah! what a joke. Apparently they do allow time for delays ect...
Good luck with this as I fully empathise with you! Maybe my hubby will get his policy soon!

The court system is a bloody joke which only serves to make fools of the parties who follow the protocol and make divorce solicitors wealthy.
Off to the court today to fill in the forms.
