your story sounds like a similar one to my husbands over a
bloody endowment policy!! 9 months later we still waiting for it even after
his ex signed the deed to pass it to him.
The company who the policy
is with said that Lloyds bank had some involvement with the policy, not to
anyone's knowledge. So it's taken 3 months for Lloyds to confirm they have
no involvement!!!! Talk about unnecessary frikkin hold ups! If the court
has ordered that you have the policy then I strongly suggest you push for
this
directions hearing someone mentioned.
My husband
was supposed to have the deed of assignment within 42 days of the order of
the court pah! what a joke. Apparently they do allow time for delays
ect...
Good luck with this as I fully empathise with you! Maybe my
hubby will get his policy soon!
