Today's weight was 14 stone 1 pound. Not very good at all :(
My goals for last month were:
to lose 4 pounds (failed miserably)
to be able to do 10 push ups (I can do 15)
to be able to do 30 sit ups (I can do 30)
So my goals for this month are:
Lose 4 pounds
To be able to row 2000 metres in 10 minutes
To be able to run 2.5 miles in 20
