Hi I am trying to divrce my husband after finally plucking up the courage. He vowed to put every obstacle in my way and seems to be doing a pretty good job. He has paid into a local govt. pension for 35yrs. I paid into a local govt pension full time for 6yrs and part time for 8. We both have our CTVs and obviously my husband''''''''''''''''s is lmuch larger than mine. His solicitor has advised him to get a pension actuary''''''''''''''''s report. Hello, I am new to this and in a bit of a state. I have been separated for two and i half years and in the final stages of divorce, I left my husband after 19yrs of marriage as i was in a very loveless marriage and may as well have been on my own. He got me to sign a deed of separation in the early days and stupidly i signed without any legal advice. feeling rather fed up today, not because of IT, but the finances,im trying really hard to keep this house over my and my sons head, should have got paid from the new job yesterday, no sign of any money in my account, phoned them today telling them ive still not been paid, so over the phone we checked all my bank details, they all matched, apparentley from there end its telling them the money has been sent, SENT WHERE !!!! now got to wait til end of next week while its being traced, in the meantime ill have 2 direct debits that will bounce, great, just what i need, then my son comes home,
