Well  after four and a half years I have finally received my Absolute.

 Yes I shed a few tears.

Yes I wondered how ex felt about it.

Yes I felt a bag of mixed emotions.

I AM NOW LEGALLY SINGLE!

Just that I am still having a legal battle with my firm who have acknowledeged some of my points addressed.i.e most importantly the fees he was made responsible for, for the divorce suit in 2007. They are now addresing this with the other party and don't think they will get any where with this now unless it goes to court again. Where is justice. Yes they

Well I needed to write and here I am doing just that to untangle my thoughts although I am not on Wiki very much now.

Divorce nearly through and Consent Order finally signed by both parties. There were a few blips and delays, typographical errors didn't help but I'm now used to checking everything thoroughly. Perhaps I should have ignored these errors. Ok so Mr will pay the mortgage instead of Mrs. I have to say my solicitor has been hard work. Well most will not know me and it's a long time since I've written a blog. A lot has happened. My FDR last year went terribly wrong as a week before, my stbx was put on disciplinary and was about to loose his job. Self-inflicted however through drink and driving and other reasons. He fought for 45% of the house leaving my son and I with no security. I was dazed and shocked and no further negotiations took place. The judge directed a 60/40 split. My stbx had the cheek to blame me  for his credit card liabilities about 28k which he had spent on his OW  since he left the house etc etc. I remeber
