Hi all.  Need some advice.  Recently seperated from my wife due to her unreasonable behaviour.  We have 2 beautiful girls 1 & 3 yrs old who live with thier mother in FMH.  The mortgage is in my sole name.  I am trying to sort out the finances specifically the mortgage which has just finished a 5yr fixed rate.  Managed to get a better deal for 3 yrs but wife refusing to sign paperwork.  There is not enough equity for either of us to buy anything.  My wife is not working and would not be able to secure a mortgage.  If she refuses to sign and the interest rates start to rise then I would not be
