My partner has been living with me for 3 yrs now. Hi all..Had a rough week one way or another but feel I'm coming out of the worst of it. Even though my house was not falling apart when my ex was still here, it did need dragging up to date...change he did not like!

So, since he's been gone, with my new partner's help,I've decorated all 3 bedrooms, painted the garden fences and just about to start decorating the lounge. Off with the wall paper which went up 14 yrs ago, out with the carpet of the same age..and in with painted walls and laminate flooring...yippee..can't wait!

Hi everyone.  I don't normally do blogs but I thought I would today.

My partner and his stbx are still battling out the finances, I should say at this point, my partner has been forced down this road as his ex hasn't spoken to him face to face since she kicked him out almost 3 yrs ago now!  She has been told by the court the outcome has to go 50/50 but still she won't give in!  We're heading back to court in July which will be the final hearing(we hope).  After that day she will have 56 days in which to cough up or put house on market.
