Well, thats the holidays over that many here were dreading, hope you all got through it ok & had a good new years eve. I was partying until 5am at a friends house, it was a great night, i even had a 35 yr old guy flirting all night with me lol he gave me his number & wants to see me again! God, a few months ago i thought i was past it at 51 but lately ive had my pick of men, its been fun if nothing else.

Anyway, 2009 has got to be better than 2008, i will never forget it & how much my ex put me through, but its all in the past now & i think i'm even ready to forgive him? I think if i forgive

I had a pretty good xmas considering what ive been through with ex this year & his adultery. We got our decree on 8th Dec & i met a new guy on 9th when i went out with my cousin. We were getting on fine until 2 days ago when he suddenly stopped texting me! Ive no idea why & i'm not going to let it bother me too much, he must have problems and isn't ready for someone new yet.

Anyway, ex rung again today asking to speak with me, he has text me a lot since xmas eve, asking if i'm ok etc & saying he misses me etc. I keep telling him i'm doing fine, even if i'm not as i don't want him to gloat

Felt much happier when i woke up this morning, maybe because the anti-ds are out of my system, i blame them for feeling so low last week. I spent the day with my family, went out shopping, cleaned the house & rang a few friends i havent seen in awhile. Stbx rang & i told him where to get off, i was really proud of myself for not falling for his lies again. Going to help my aunt decorate her living room tomorrow so thats a full day planned, i must be feeling better to offer to decorate lol
